- How often do you run payroll?
- Whichever cycle suits your business - weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Most clients run monthly, with statutory submissions filed by the 7th.
- What about leave, overtime and bonuses?
- All variable inputs - leave balances, overtime, commission, bonuses, deductions - are captured each cycle and reflected on payslips and statutory returns.
- Do you handle UIF and COIDA registrations?
- Yes. We register new employers with SARS, the Department of Labour and the Compensation Fund, and lodge the ongoing returns thereafter.
- Is employee data handled in line with POPIA?
- Yes. Employee records are kept on a secure cloud platform with access controls and audit trails, in line with POPIA obligations on both you as the operator and us as a processor.
